When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days.
Certain items may be shipped separately and have different delivery times.
Please allow enough processing and transit time for event orders.

Back Orders

Home and You does not accept back orders, if an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be adjusted and you will receive a confirmation email with your adjusted order total promptly.

Address Changes, Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders

In order to provide excellent service and expedient order processing, we do not accept order changes or cancellations.
If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately we will attempt to assist in correcting the error.
After the order has left the pending queue we cannot assist in any way and orders must be returned as per our Return Policy.

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Fill out your address that matches the applicable credit card as the billing information and your package recipient’s address as the ship to information.
The email address you furnished us with when ordering will receive a shipment notification including the package tracking number.

Shipping to the Contiguous United States

Home and You offers flat rate shipping rates (including insurance) to the Contiguous United States via UPS Ground Service.

Important UPS Shipping Information
UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Items / orders weighing less than 10 pounds may ship UPS SurePost to be delivered by the United States Postal Service.
Please allow an additional day for Post Office tendering.
*We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods.

UPS does NOT include the pickup day, weekend days, or Holidays in calculating the time in transit. Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Holiday seasons may require additional time.

Please note that delivery in the Eastern States may take up to 7 business days to be received. If you haven’t received your order after 7 days, please contact us; be sure to include your order number for prompt service.

No Shipping Schedule

There is no UPS Ground movement on the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year’s Eve
  • New Year’s Day
  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

*Only major holidays (not subsequent days) affect our order packing, freight movement and tracking number notification.

Second Day Air

Please note: 2nd Day orders do not deliver on Saturdays or holidays.

Ground to PO Box

Orders shipping to Post Office Boxes ship Ground to PO Box.

Applies to the contiguous United States only.

UPS Delivery Tracking

It may take up to two business days to receive your tracking number. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email promptly after your tracking number becomes available. Please note that your tracking number will be valid, however, your package may take a few additional days to appear in the UPS system

APO/FPO Alaska Hawaii and United States Territories

Shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and United States Territories

USPS Priority Mail is available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses.

APO/FPO orders final delivery are subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.
